On Tuesday, Chepauk MLA Udhayanithi Stalin who is also a son of Chief Minister MK Stalin, came up with a press note asking his party members not to recommend him for minister post and embarrass the head department. The actor-producer cum politician said that the party headed by Chief Minister MK Stalin know when to do what.

“In the party meeting that took place in Trichy, Thanjavur and Dindigul, I heard that cadres determined to promote me as a minister and recommended the same to the head. I will be grateful for the love and confidence you all have on my continuous work and my initiatives” said Udhayanithi through the press note.

“I have been doing my best as Chepauk-Thiruvallikeni MLA by hearing the problems of the people of my constituency and solving them and has been travelling throughout the state as the head of party’s youth team with the guidance of our party leader and other seniors” Udhay further said.

“I am also getting prepared for the future plans such as doing my part to make the party reach youths and involving in welfare activities etc” read the post of the “Nenjuku Needhi” actor.

“In this situation, I kindly request you all not to embarrass the party head by recommending minister post for me out of the love you have on me. We all know that party and the head knows when to take what kind of decisions. So, let us all work towards the well being of the party by obeying the orders of our leader who follows the footsteps of Periyar, Anna, Kalaignar, Perasiriyar. Lets work for the people and make party and the government run by the party proud” The MLA concluded his press note.
