Actor Suriya’s “Agaram Foundation”, on Saturday evening, came up with a post in their official Instagram handle, requesting their followers not to donate or indulge in any kind of activity with the Instagram handle of their firm as it got hacked. Fans of actor Suriya are actively sharing the post to create awareness among their fellow fans and public.

Being an educational foundation, Agaram which is located in Tamil Nadu, India founded on 25 September 2006 by Tamil film actor Suriya to help improve the socio-economic status of rural society in Tamil Nadu by offering education to students. The foundation provides so many aids to the underprivileged students through various initiations. They also provided funds to various parts of the country while they were affected due to natural disasters.

Now, the official twitter account of the foundation which is followed by actor Suriya, came up with a statement saying that their Instagram account got hacked. “Dear Followers of Agaram Foundation, Our Instagram account has been hacked. Kindly be cautious and we advise you not to donate or message anything on Instagram till we fix this issue” read the public note released by Agaram.

They also thanked their followers for their cooperation in the matter.

Fans of the actor are actively involved in sharing the post while few advised the authorities of the foundation to their social media accounts verified. Going by the replies of the online users, attempts to cheat people also has been made by the hackers.

Recently, a buzz surfaced saying that a historical film on “Velpari” written by MP Su. Venkatesan will be made with Suriya and Shankar as actor and Director respectively.
