After Rajinikanth’s tweet on “Karuppar Kootam” issue surfaced, several reactions are pouring in Internet platforms from every direction. A hashtag saying “கந்தனுக்கு_அரோகரா” is trending in the micro blogging social media site nationwide as a result the tweet posted by Superstar Rajinikanth. Among the many celebrities who reacted to tweet, “Draupathy” director Mohan G posted a tweet taking an indirect dig at Pa. Ranjith who directed Rajinikanth twice consecutively.

Rajinikanth in his tweet said that the video made by “Karuppar koottam” abusing “Kandha Sashti Kavasam” hurt the sentiments of crores of Tamil people and created outrage among them. “We couldn’t forget this cheap activity forever. I appreciate the immediate action of Tamil nadu government which intervened into the matter and deleted the related videos. At least now, let religious hatred and God-baiting end. It is must” Rajinikanth said in his tweet. “All regions are acceptable, Kandhanukku Arogara” he added.

Mohan G has been raising voice against “Karuppar Kootam” since the issue grabbed the limelight. On seeing the tweet of Rajinikanth, Mohan addressed the “Kaala” film and its theme to say that what goes around comes around. “The same Superstar who wore black shirt and uttered dialogues against God with your influence, has now raised voice against “Karuppar Kootam” and making you all cry in real life. Life is a circle. In that circle, God’s game is entirely different as it is a square shaped circle” wrote Mohan in his tweet.

In Pa. Ranjith’s “Kaala” film, Rajinikanth constantly wore black attire and the film’s plot revolved around the protagonist destroying the ideology of a corrupt politician who believes in God. Earlier, reacting to the tweet of Rajinikanth Mohan G wrote “கந்தனுக்கு_அரோகரா.. பலருக்கு கோவிந்தா கோவிந்தா..”

“Karuppar Koottam”, a youtube channel, caught in controversy after the makers of it created several videos allegedly abusing the Hindu religion and the Gods of it, mainly targeting Lord Murugan. One of their recent video on “Kandha sashti Kavasam” of lord Murugan created huge outrage among the followers of Hindu religion. Surendar natarajan, narrator of the show alleged that “Kandha Sashti Kavasam” is abusing lord Murugan and the author of it degraded him with unnecessary requirements.

The video went extremely viral and people who belong to Hindu organisations filed case against him. They demanded arrest against Surendar and asked police officials to permanently ban their youtube channel “Karuppar kootam”.

Pa. Ranjith hasn’t replied to the tweet yet. Earlier Mohan invited Ranjith to watch his film “Draupathy” film but the latter didn’t reply at that time as well. Comment your views on these tweets of Mohan G !!
