Dimple Hayathi Faces Criminal Charges for Damaging Traffic Cop’s Car: A Parking Dispute Turns Ugly.

A parking dispute between popular actress Dimple Hayathi and Traffic DCP Rahul Hegde, IPS, has escalated into a full-blown criminal case. The Complaint and Evidence. According to the complaint filed by DCP Rahul Hegde’s driver, Chetan, Dimple Hayathi purposefully struck the DCP’s government-provided car in the apartment parking lot. CCTV footage capturing Dimple kicking traffic cones around the DCP’s vehicle was submitted as evidence to support the allegations. The seriousness of the incident prompted the police to register a criminal case against Dimple and her friend, Victor David, under Sections 353, 341, and 279 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

Dimple’s Response and Allegations. In response to the charges, Dimple Hayathi’s lawyer, Paul Satyanandan, dismissed the case as false and claimed it was an attempt to harass the actress. Police Investigation and Legal Proceedings. Chandra Sekhar, the investigation officer and SI, confirmed that a case had been registered against Dimple Hayathi and Victor David for damaging government property. The charges filed under Sections 353, 341, and 279 IPC pertain to their alleged actions of hitting a parked government vehicle with their car and kicking traffic cones in Journalist Colony of Jubilee Hills. The police have notified the accused and already filed a charge sheet in court.

DCP Rahul Hegde shed light on his side of the story, highlighting the difficulties faced with parking his vehicle. He claimed that Dimple and her associates created unnecessary obstacles, including intentionally blocking his car when he had an important meeting to attend.
