We all have witnessed people losing lives, shifting their professional fields, seeking medial requirements in social media platforms, suffering due to mental depression due to the lockdown imposed on them during early 2020 which is when the first wave of COVID 19 virus started spreading in our country. Now, it seems that we are going to witness all the same again as a new variant of the same virus is at our doorstep.

Tamil music director cum actor Vijay Antony came up with an aggressive tweet venting his emotions out against the deadly virus which is, according to him, making rich people more richer and poor people, a beggar. The tweet he uploaded during Monday evening is going sensational among the users of the micro blogging social media site with various kind of reactions from the public.

The threatening virus is infecting people in large number and is spreading faster than we expected. On Monday, India recorded 1,79,723 fresh COVID 19 cases, pushing the active caseload to 7,23,619. The daily positivity rate stood at 13.29 per cent, while 146 deaths were recorded in the last 24 hours.

Tamil nadu health minister Ma. Subramaniam said new COVID 19 cases were going up in Tamil nadu by adding more than 2000 infections and appealed everyone to wear a mask to save themselves from the virus. “Yesterday, over 2,000 cases were reported with 10,978 cases in Tamil nadu and even today, we expect new cases to be over 2000”, the minister said on Sunday.

Meanwhile, Tamil actor Vijay Antony who is busy working on a number of his own projects, expressed his frustration over how the spread of the virus affects only the poor. “Corona changes a rich person even more richer and forces a poor person to become a beggar. It would be good if someone uses a bomb to destroy the entire world like how someone destroyed Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Live prosperously” Vijay Antony said through his tweet.
