Karthi P Chidhambaram, Tamil nadu congress leader and son of senior Congress leader P. Chidhambaram, came up with a tweet in his official twitter asking his followers for any recommendations in Netflix to watch while BJP was leading in four for five states in the assembly elections 2022. The tweet which was uploaded as a sarcastic one, is garnering wide attention among the users of the micro blogging social media site with various kind of reactions.

The counting for the much awaited results of Assembly elections in five states namely Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Uttarakhand, Goa and Manipur are underway. Leads are currently showing that Yogi Adithyanath is set for a second term with the BJP crossing the 270-mark in the state that can be the tone-setter for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. The Aam Admi party is all set to sweep the 117 seat Punjab assembly polls, giving the Arvind Kejriwal-led party a second home after Delhi.

The five states voted for nearly a month for a total of 690 seats with the maximum in Uttar Pradesh (403 seats) followed by Punjab (117 seats), Uttarakhand (70), Manipur (60) and Goa (40). Congress is struggling in all the five states and has not managed to grab a lead in any.

In the meantime, Tamil nadu based Congress leader Karti P Chidambaram who is currently serving as a Member of Parliament for Sivaganga district, came up with a tweet asking his twitter followers for any Netflix suggestions to watch “now”.

“Any recommendations for what to watch on Netflix now!” read the tweet of the Congress leader which was posted on 12:33 PM of election result say.

The tweet garnered more number of quoted tweets other than likes as it recived 235 quoted tweets as of now. Many users were seen criticizing the Congress leader for not concerning about his party lacking people support.
