The most awaited teaser of “Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal” got released on Friday evening with fans reacting to it in various ways. Starring Vijay Sethupathi, Samantha and Nayanthara, the film was directed by Vignesh Shivan of “Naanum Rowdy Thaan” fame with Anirudh composing music for it. As soon as the teaser got released, among the many who reacted to it, happening filmmaker Nelson Dileepkumar tweeted saying that he is waiting to watch the film and his dear friend Wikki, immediately invited him to his house the next day to watch the film.

Fans who read the conversation that took place between the duo, couldn’t keep calm after knowing that the film got fully ready. Many tagged Wikki and asked whether they also could go to his house and watch the film along with Nelson. The 1 minute 47 seconds long teaser which showed Vijay Sethupathi hitting on both the leading ladies of South Indian cinema, ended with the Makkal Selvan falling on their feet.

Nelson Dileepkumar, director of Thalapathy Vijay’s “Beast” and Superstar Rajinikanth’s “Thalaivar 169” who is also long time friend of Vignesh Shivan, dropped a comment saying “waiting for the film” by adding heart emojis.

Vignesh Shivan was quick to response to Nelson’s tweet. The “Podaa Podi” maker invited his friend to his house to show him the film the next day. “Come home tomo and watch it …” read the reply of Wikki.

Vignesh Shivan and Nelson Dileepkumar were school mates and in a recent interaction with Film Companion South, the former revealed that Nelson listened to his story of “Podaa Podee” along with Simbu. Nelson was supposed to be debuted with “Vettai Mannnan” of Simbu during late 2000s and happened to debut with “Kolamaavu Kokila” in the year 2018 which had Vignesh shivan’s fiance actress Nayanthara in the lead role.

“Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kaadhal” is scheduled to release on 28th of April. Meanwhile Nelson’s “Beast” is also expected to release during April month. But we are pretty sure that these two individuals would watch each other’s films way before the release !!
