Not even a single photograph of Saravanan released since his first of its kind eviction from Bigg Boss house. Unlike other eliminated contestants, Saravanan didn’t care to give self explanation so far. However, he is expected to interact with media soon according to some media houses. Now the actor has made his presence along with his child to receive “Kalaimamani” award.

Chief Minister Edappadi K. Palaniswami presented the Kalaimamani awards to artistes for the years 2011 to 2018 on Tuesday. As many as 201 recipients were selected from 72 different art forms and 8 senior artistes were selected for a special cash award. After a gap of eight years, the Tamil Nadu government has revived the Kalaimamani Award now.
The pictures of Saravanan getting award goes viral across the Internet with various captions. One of a twitter user decided to tag singer Chinmayi, one of the very first celebrity to react on his derogatory comments about groping women during his college days.

The user who deleted his tweet now, said something against the singer for being one of the reason for his unusual termination from the Bigg Boss show. The singer who never spared anyone who tags her in an abusive manner countered him back by writing “I am very happy for him. I am sure the TN Govt made an excellent choice. As for him being in Big Boss house, his own house or your house, it doesnt matter to me:)
You truly deserve the people you love :)”

The user defended Saravanan by confronting the statement of Chinmayi :

In the third season of Tamil Bigg Boss, Saravanan was terminated from the show for his derogatory comments about groping women in his earlier days. His termination was announced to his housemates on the next day by Bigg Boss himself. As soon as hearing his instant eviction, almost every contestant broke down in tears, especially Kavin and Sandy. However, the matter was not discussed further either by Kamal Haasan or by the other contestants.

Chinmayi, most probably the first celebrity to react on Bigg Boss Saravanan’s comment on harassing women in government bus. Chinmayi on watching the clip of Saravanan’s confession, posted a tweet saying, “A Tamil channel aired a man proudly proclaiming he used the Public Bus Transport system to molest/grope women – to cheers from the audience. And this is a joke. To the audience. To the women clapping. To the molester. Damn.”
