During the course of their inquiry, it was discovered that Srishiv Vikram had recently completed his Plus-2 education and had just joined college. Notably, it was revealed that Srishiv Vikram possessed only a Learner’s License (LLR), raising concerns about his qualification to operate a vehicle without supervision.
