CCTV Footage Of 24 Y/O Gym Death Shocks Internet!!
Recently, there has been an alarming trend of young people experiencing sudden cardiac arrests or heart attacks. While there is no clear evidence that this phenomenon has increased in the Covid-19 era, there have been isolated incidents of such deaths that have garnered widespread attention.
Just the other day, Vishal, a 24-year-old constable, tragically passed away while exercising at the gym. He collapsed after suffering a heart attack and despite the efforts of those around him, he passed away on the spot.
Vishal had been working at the Asif Nagar police station and CCTV footage showed that he was perfectly healthy just before the heart attack occurred. Unfortunately, he could not be revived by anyone at the scene and by the time he arrived at a nearby hospital, it was too late.
This incident has caused great concern amongst gym-goers, with social media users advising caution and warning against going overboard with exercise. Netizens are also searching for information on what causes gym-related deaths and are calling on specialists and doctors to spread awareness about the risks.
Sadly, Vishal is not the only young person to have lost their life while exercising. In 2021, popular Kannada actor Puneeth Rajkumar also passed away suddenly while working out in the gym. Such incidents serve as a stark reminder of the importance of taking care of our health and wellbeing, and seeking medical attention if we experience any unusual symptoms while exercising.
