Taking its trademark parody culture to a new level, the poster features actor Shiva, the star of the comedy franchise, pulling an O Panneerselvam. Dressed in a crisp white shirt and veshti, Shiva sits meditating in front of a memorial, while a host of photographers click pictures of him in the background.

Tamizh Padam is a franchise which is directed by C.S Amudhan. It is released in theatres recently. Before the film the makers released a 40-second teaser that made us ROFL. In Tamizh Padam 2, the makers trolled several politicians and big wigs of Tamil cinema. Right from Rajinikanth to Ajith, the makers did not spare anyone. In the film, there are references of Tamil films like Vijay Sethupathi’s Vikram Vedha, Ajith’s Vivegam and Mankatha and Vijay’s Mersal and Thuppaki and Rajinikanth’s Kabali. Twitter was cracked up with the way the makers have trolled Kabali and Vivegam in this one.

Recently C.S Amudhan shared a tweet in which Producer Yuvan Shankar Raja has gifted a car to director Elan to express his happiness at the success of Pyaar Prema Kaadhal. Amudhan mentioned Studios Net and asked for car indirectly in a manner of humour. But a fan who could not take it abused him badly but the director managed to shut him.
