Benedict Anto, a Church Father who caught into controversy after his videos with multiple women got leaked in internet platforms, got arrested by Police officials on Monday. He got arrested after a couple of victims registered complaint to the cops. Now, a tweet uploaded by actress Kasthuri in her official twitter handle, is going viral among her followers. In the tweet, Kasthuri said that the Father’s case is a “Super script” and will become a Pan India blockbuster if it gets a film version.

Benedict Anto, a church father from Kanyakumari landed in trouble after his scandalous video went viral in social media platforms. The recent incident involving a priest in Kanyakumari has shocked the entire nation. It has been reported that the priest, who is 29 years old, had been luring young girls into his trap by talking to them through social media platforms such as WhatsApp. He would then talk obscenely with them, get intimate with them, take a video of the act, and threaten and rape them. It is believed that many young girls and women fell prey to his predatory behavior but they were afraid to speak up for fear of intimidation.

On March 20th, news broke that a priest by the name of Benedict Ando had been arrested by special forces police in Nagercoil, Kanyakumari. It was revealed that he had been threatening college students and young women with the release of nude images. Benedict Ando had been working as a priest in a church in the Bilangalai area.

Over the past few days, a series of videos had been released on social media showing Benedict Ando engaging in obscenities with women. These videos, along with photos and WhatsApp chats, were uploaded under the name “priest’s leelas” and had quickly gone viral. Amongst the most concerning details to emerge from these videos were reports that the women involved were being sexually harassed and threatened with the release of nude images.

Following these reports, a woman from Alanthatuvilai went to the Kanyakumari Cattle Police Superintendent to file a complaint against Benedict Ando, alleging that he had sexually harassed young girls and students. She demanded that action be taken against him, and that the women affected by his behavior should receive justice. She also handed over obscene videos related to the priest as evidence.

Earlier, A young woman named Mini Ajitha, who had been victimized by the priest, filed a complaint with the District Superintendent of Police. In her complaint, she detailed the priest’s behavior and how he had lured young girls into his trap.

According to Mini Ajitha, her son’s friend, a 19-year-old student from Bilangalai who was studying in a private law college, had been introduced to her family. A friendship had developed between them, and they would often talk to each other through WhatsApp. One day, her son’s friend called her in distress and said that he and his sister were going to commit suicide because they had been sexually harassed. She immediately went to meet them with her two sons.

In response to the complaints, the Nagercoil cyber crime police registered a case against Benedict Ando under five different sections, and began investigating the claims made against him. At the time of the report, five women had already filed complaints, both online and at police stations, against him for sexual assault. Despite the investigations and the growing number of complaints against him, Benedict Anto went into hiding. However, the special force police managed to track him down at a farmhouse in Nagercoil, where he was arrested while they searched various other locations.
