“Bakkiyalakshmi” Gopi recently announced that he will be no longer a part of the serial due to personal reasons. Recently, reports emerged saying that seasoned actor “Babloo” Prithviraj who has been acting in the film and Television industry for more than 20 years is going to replace him. However, the “Aval Varuvala” actor has denied such reports and said that they are just rumours through Behindwoods News. In the meantime, tals with actor Sathish to make him stay in “Bakkiyalakshmi” serial are going on, according to sources.

Days ago, Bakkiyalakshmi fame Sathish who is popularly known as Gopi, released a video in his official Instagram handle, saying that he realized that he is a fool. The seasoned actor said that expectations will always hurt before adding that he decided to change himself after realizing that he couldn’t change the world.

Earlier, Gopi released a video saying that he is going to quit the Vijay TV serial after 15 episodes maximum due to some personal reasons. He made it official that he will no longer be a part of the widely watched serial. “You might get anger, frustration or sadness after hearing what I’m going to say. If feels sad for me too but i have to do this. In few days, that is in 10-15 episodes, I will be relieving from ” Bakkiyalakshmi”. There’s no change in it” Sathish said in the video.

“There are so many reasons behind this decision of mine. But i have personal reasons too. I thank Vijay TV for giving me the opportunity to portray as Gopi. I gave my best while acting in this serial and thank everyone who showered love on me” he added.

In another video, the Television actor said “In life, expectations are hard to handle. Almost all the expectations will end in disappointment. I learned one more important thing recently”

“Till yesterday, I was thinking about myself as a well educated individual and an intelligent. I was thinking that I could change the entire world. But it’s not, I’m a fool. I realized it now. I’m a sane person, now I’m decided to change myself. We can’t change the world but we can take care of ourself and change accordingly. That’s what the only thing I can do” he added.

Speculations surfaced saying that Sathish decided to quit the widely watched serial after getting no recognition for the role he is playing. It has been reported that Sathish felt disappointed after getting no award in the recently held Vijay Tele Awards event and decided to quit the serial.

In the “Bakkiyalakshmi” serial, Sathish plays the role of a family man who involves in having an affair with a wife of an another man. He lies to wife and cheats his family to make excuses in order to spend time with his affair. Viewers were eagerly watching the serial to see him get caught to his wife and family. After getting caught, Gopi started living with his affair Radhika and her daughter and has been facing other kind of problems.

After his announcement about leaving the serial, many reports emerged saying that “Babloo” Prithviraj who was acting in “Kanne Kalaimaane” serial is going to replace Gopi. However, the actor denied acting in the serial through Behindwoods and even said that he has been receiving several calls regarding the same and he wants to know who “Gopi” really is.
