Movie reviewer Blue Satta Maaran has been stating the numbers performed by the films and performance of the films at the box office in year 2022 through his official twitter handle as the year is nearing it’s end. Through one of his tweets, he claimed that actor Ashok Selvan have the most number of flops in the year which is the most by any hero.

Debuting through “Soodhu Kavvum” as one of the leads, Ashok Selvan went on to feature in many successful films that includes “Thegidi”, ” Oh My Kadavule” etc. In the year 2022, he had 5 releases namely “Sila Nerangalil”, “Manmadha Leelai”, “Hostel”, ” Vezha” and “Nitham oru Vaanam”.

Reviewer Blue Satta Maaran who is known for his harsh criticism and below the belt comments against films and those who are associated with it, came up with a tweet in his official Twitter handle saying Ashok Selvan is her hero who gave highest number of fans, followed by Sasi Kumar and Atharva.

Many users of twitter who came across Blue Satta’s tweet, defended Ashok Selvan by saying that the quality of his films speaks for itself and he is someone who should be appreciated irrespective of the box office numbers.

“Ashok’s films have quality despite varied BO numbers 🙄 So these stats don’t matter” a twitter user commented whereas another one said “Actor @AshokSelvan is one of the most underrated actors in tamil Cinema. Ashok Selvan himself reacted to the mindless criticism by uploading a tweet in the timeline of his official Twitter handle. Uploading a picture of himself from his recently released “Nitham Oru Vaanam”, Ashok wrote “Ignore the barking dogs and keep moving forward 🔥”

However, Blue Satta continued criticizing the young actor based on the box office performance of his films. “Barking through tweets won’t help kiddo. Do not waste producers’ money.
