During a press meet ahead of the release of his upcoming film “Yaanai”, actor Arun Vijay replied to a question of a reporter about the verbal dpat that is taking place between the fans of himself and actor Sivakarthikeyan’s in online platforms. Answering to the question, Arun said fans should spread love and confirmed that it is just a misunderstanding. The actor said that he has been working in the industry for the past 25 years and his track is completely different comparing to Sivakarthikeyan’s and also said that all are equal.

“Yaanai’ directed by Hari, is one of the most anticipated flick of Arun Vijay, one of the seasoned actors of Tamil cinema. He who has been acting in films since mid 90’s, got his first ever major break after acting as an antagonist for Ajith kumar in “Yennai Arinthaal” movie. Post the Gautham Menon directorial, Vijay delivered some of the major hits of his career such as Thadam, Chekka Chivantha Vaanam, Mafia etc.

He who has a number of promising projects lined up for him, is all set to appear in “Yaanai” next which is scheduled to release in theatres soon. Trailer of the film was released by Sivakarthikeyan on Monday.

For the uninitiated, A tweet of actor Arun Vijay which was uploaded years ago came under the scanner as it was believed by social media users to be about Sivakarthikeyan. During the release of Sivakarthikeyan’s “Seema Raja” trailer, Arun Vijay posted a tweet and deleted it immediately. The post read “Yaar Ellam Mass panuradhunnu oru vevastha illama pochu…Tamizh audienceku therium”

Though Arun deleted it immediately deleted, the screenshot of it went viral across the Internet.

Arun Vijay even clarified to the fans that the tweet was not targeted on Sivakarthikeyan. He made it clear that his account was hacked to his fans and followers. However, buzz about the rivalry between the duo continued to trend in the Internet.

As a reaction, video of Sivakarthikeyan replying to Arun Vijay through the dialogues of his film “Mr. Local” has grabbed the attention of the online users as well. In the scene, Sathish could be seen uttering the tweet uploaded by Arun Vijay and says that “his mouth got hacked” in a way of mocking Arun Vijay to which Siva could be seen replying “Semma Gaandla irukeenga polaye enmela”

However, now, a healthy bond is being shared between the both and fans are pretty much happy over the friendship of Sivakarthikeyan and Arun Vijay which is evident through the exchange of their tweets.

Now, a reporter question Arun Vijay about the same to which the actor replied “The rift happened between fans due to some misunderstanding. There is no misunderstanding between me and Sivakarthikeyan as you would have seen that our trailer was released by him” Arun Vijay said.
