On seeing one of the recent photos actress Priya Bhavani Shankar uploaded in her official Instagram handle, one of her followers, in a recent question and answer session the actress conducted, questioned whether she is taking glamorous route and went on to talk about Tamil culture. Replying to him, Priya said that it’s fun to see people like him/her who believe that one picture of the actress wearing crop-top would ruin the culture.

Priya Bhavani Shankar made her entry into media industry as a Television News presenter in Tamil Puthiya Thalaimurai News Channel. She became very popular after started acting in serial named “Kalyanam Mudhal Kadhal Varai” which got telecasted in Star Vijay Television. She began her career as a software engineer at Infosys, after her Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from B.S. Abdur Rahman Crescent Institute of Science and Technology. After entering the media industry, she did her Master of Business Administration.

The actress who gained many fan pages in social media platforms in a very short span, has a separate set of fan following for her acting and screen presence. After making her debut in Tamil cinema by pairing up with Vaibhav in “Meyaadha Maan”, so far, she paired up with some of the leading stars Karthi, SJ Surya and Arun vijay.

On Thursday, Priya who is enjoying 2.9 million followers in the photo/video posting social media platform, conducted a chat session with them. Sha answered to many questions of them including about her personal romantic relationship, crush on colleague ect. One of her followers, went on to ask the actress whether she is following glamorous route and added “What about our culture?”

Replying to his question, Priya said “It’s fun to watch people like you Hip out seeing one picture in a crop top. And Culture? I believe you DONT need a girl in a crop top to help you protect your culture. Answering to another follower who asked how boring long term relationship is, Priya said “Ha ha Every single relationship will get Boring after you’ve been together for
so long. Sometimes love isn’t a feeling, it’s a commitment: It’s NOT always laughs, smiles and fun. It can get hard. People tend to quit when it stops being fun”

She also answered to some other questions such as which director she wants to act under and who inspires her as an actor etc.
