Steve Smith was looking at his best in the second Ashes Test between Australia and England. The opposition bowlers were looking hopeless as Smith was racing towards his third successive century in the series. But that’s when Jofra Archer struck. The English bowler’s bouncer landed flush on Smith’s neck as the batsman fell directly to the ground. Smith was taken by the physio as he was treated for concussion-related injuries.

Archer has been criticized on social media by Shoaib Akhtar and fans for his bouncer and his reaction after the incident as he didn’t care to check on Steve Smith. Akthar in his tweet wrote “Bouncers are a part & parcel of the game but whenever a bowler hits a batsman on the head and he falls, courtesy requires that the bowler must go & check on him. It was not nice of Archer to just walk away while Smith was in pain. I was always the first one to run to the batsman.”

However, Indian all rounder Yuvraj Singh came up with a hilarious tweet to troll the former pacer. In his reply, Yuvraj wrote “Yes you did ! But your actual words were hope your alright mate cause there are a few more coming 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤪”

Here’s the reply :

This made enormous number of twitter users who follows Akthar and Yuvraj go ROFL. Many lauded the humour sense  of Yuvraj Singh and expressed their thoughts in comment section :

As far as the match is concerned, Marnus Labuschagne, on the field as 12th man when play resumed on Sunday, became the first concussion substitute in Test history after Australia’s request was approved by match referee Ranjan Madugalle.

In the end, the match ended in a draw with Australia 154/6 at the close, having been set a stiff target of 267 in 48 overs when England captain Joe Root declared after lunch on the back of Ben Stokes’s unbeaten century.

What do you think on this reply of Yuvi ?? Hilarious ain’t it ??
