Director Mohan G who gained widespread fame through his “Draupathi” film announced about his next film recently. Draupathy film released in theatres on 28th of February and received severe criticism from netizens. The film which had actor Richard in the lead role became a subject to controversy since the trailer of it released. The film which was made of a low budget, is believed to be portrayed against a particular community and had faced severe criticism across the internet. However, the film became one of a very few profitable films of the year. The film which was made with less than 1 crore rupees, collected nearly Rs.14 crores according to reports.

Now, the filmmaker has made an announcement about his upcoming film. The film was titled as “Ruthra Thaandavam”. Sharing the title poster, Mohan said, “Let’s destroy the injustice and save justice. Everything will be good with the blessings of Lord Eesan” by writing “அதர்மத்தை அழித்து தர்மத்தை காப்போம்…ஈசன் அருளால் அனைத்து செயல்களும் நல்லதாகவே நடக்கும்…”

Meanwhile, music director cum actor Vijay Antony also wished Mohan G for his upcoming flick. He posted a tweet denoting that the film will become a blockbuster. “Congratulations Mohan for your next blockbuster” his tweet read.

Mohan replied to this tweet by adding heart emojis. However, Vijay deleted the tweet after few hours. It is being speculated that the reactions he received for wishing Mohan G made him to delete the tweet.

On the work front, Vijay antony is all set to appear in “Agni Siragugal” of “Moodar Koodam” fame Naveen. “Thamizharasan”, “Khaaki”, “Pichaikaran 2” are some of his upcoming films. He who entered in the industry as a music composer, went on to debut as an actor through “Naan”. He also worked as an editor in his films such as “Annadurai”, “Thimuru Pudichavan”. Most of his films including “Naan”, “Pichaikaaran” were produced by himself.
