Dhayanidhi Azhagiri is an Indian Tamil Cinema producer and distributor. He is the owner of the Cloud nine Movies banner. His grandfather is M. Karunanithi, the former Chief Minister of Tamilnadu. His father is M.K Alagiri, the former Minister of Chemicals and fertilizers.

He made a controversial statement against K.Veeramani, who is the President of the Dravidar Kazhagam, a Dravidian political organization centered in Tamilnadu. According to Samayam Tamil website While mentioning about Dhayanithi Alagiri’s emotional opinion about Dr.Kalaignar’s death, K. Veeramani criticized it to the press by saying “Ask me about the members who belong to the family, Don’t ask me about someone who came from outside to eat feast” 

Dhayanithi Alagiri strongly condemned this statement by slamming him on his official twitter account which was appreciated by so many of his followers.

“K.Veeramani who has been eating free food in both DMK and ADMK for a long time has no compulsion to talk about this” Dhayanithi Alagiri bashed him directly.

Actress Kasthuri who is known for her controversial tweets made a meme out of this and supported Dhayanithi Alagiri’s guts for being open.

In caption she praised Dhayanithi Azhagiri  by writing “Son did not needed 16 feet to reach what his Father reached, One feet and its a deadly one”

For her tweet one of the follower warned to control her tongue and threatened if not he will cut off her tongue.

He also added this is not Leader’s (Kalaignar Karunanithi) DMK. Its a Commander’s (M.K Stalin) DMK.

On seeing his threat Kasthuri did not get rid off him but replied immediately in a long Tamil text.

“If anyone says anything that is not in favour of you, you will start threatening like “I will hit you, cut you”. These kind of followers who says this is what new leadership’s policy are immature and it is worrying that how long “Thalapathy” M.K Stalin has to be ashamed of this behaviour of some of his dumb followers”  she replied him.

She also mocked him by finishing “Have you forgotten the Briyani issue that soon ??”
